Tacoma based Sunrise Pots wanted a bright and joyful logo that bore the memorble image of Mt Rainier and referenced their exceptional handmade craftmanship in their unique pottery. The sun coming up over Mt Rainier in the logo has 5 rays, simultaneously representing a hand with 5 fingers.
The logo is designed to be used also without the mountan and as a stand-alone icon.
